After the emotional episode last week, while the synopsis doesn’t talk about it but it looks like Dawn might be confiding in Zach about her rape. We will know for sure when we watch the sixth episode of the season.

This is CTV’s synopsis for “Rock and a Hard Place”:

Dr. Alex Reid (Erica Durance) finds out Dr. Charlie Harris (Michael Shanks) has been seeing the spirit of her patient, convicted murderer Tom Crenshaw (Travis Milne, ROOKIE BLUE), outside of the hospital, and despite her concerns she must rely on Charlie’s ability to help save another one of her patients. Urban explorer Nick Desmond (Shawn Roberts, Resident Evil: Afterlife) is admitted after a fall, and in danger of losing not just his leg, but also his life, Alex must rely on information she cannot explain, procured from Charlie’s ghostly communication with the patient’s spirit . In the E.R., when a gambler is admitted with a crudely amputated ear, Dr. Dana Kinney (Wendy Crewson) is thrilled at the opportunity to perform a unique surgery that would re-construct the organ on the patient’s forearm, but Dr. Cassie Williams (Kim Shaw, THE GOOD WIFE) is convinced he’ll just waste the chance at a new life. Meanwhile, the mentorship program works both ways when Dr. Maggie Lin (Julia Taylor Ross) instructs Dr. Dev Sekera (Dejan Loyola, THE TOMORROW PEOPLE) on the fine art of bedside manner, while Dev pushes Maggie to demand more from the senior surgical staff.
