Saving Hope Spoilers: Images and Description for “Torn and Frayed”

Erica Durance Directing

Saving Hope’s 16th episode features the directorial debut of the one and only Erica Durance. I am so happy for Erica that she is getting the opportunity to direct hopefully the first of many episodes of either Saving Hope or any other show. Another thing I am happy to see in these photos is Zach and Dawn hopefully getting together!

Here is the episode synopsis for “Torn and Frayed”:

A stretched-thin Dr. Alex Reid (Erica Durance) teams up with Dr. Cassie Williams (Kim Shaw) when a young woman is admitted with abdominal bruising. When it becomes clear that her injuries might have been the result of domestic abuse, Alex and Cassie must overcome not only an increasingly domineering spouse, but an increasingly reluctant victim, to get their patient the help she needs. In the OR, a run-away pacemaker puts the life of a patient on the line and forces him to reconsider the new lease on life he’s adopted, while Dr. Dawn Bell (Michelle Nolden) also struggles to move on as she tries to get passed her broken relationship with Lane Berkley (Shaun Benson, DEFIANCE: THE LOST ONES) by painting her office. In the E.R., after a night to remember for all the wrong reasons, Nurse Jackson Wade (Joseph Pierre) seeks medical attention from Dr. Maggie Lin (Julia Taylor Ross) for a neurological symptom.

“Torn and Frayed” airs on CTV Thursday February 4, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT.
