This morning CTV announced that it has renewed it’s hit drama Saving Hope for another 18-episode 4th season. The renewal will bring the shows total episode count to 67. Two more seasons with 18-episodes should get the show to the magical 100.
“Amassing a loyal fan base from across the country during its three seasons to date, SAVING HOPE continues to play a strong and integral role in our #1 fall lineup,” said Phil King, president, CTV, Sports, and Entertainment Programming, in a statement. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with the incredible cast and crew to deliver a fourth season of this hit drama.”
Before we get to season 4, we need to find out how season 3 finishes up. The show returns to the TV lineup on Wednesday, November 26 at 10pm ET/PT. This is how CTV describes the episode:
Entitled “The Way We Were”: Dr. Shahir Hamza (Huse Madhavji) and Dr. Alex Reid (Erica Durance) try to save the memory of a young woman suffering from Alzheimer’s with a radical surgery, but it’s another one of Hope Zion Hospital’s doctors whose life is threatened, requiring immediate medical attention. Meanwhile, Dr. Tom Reycraft (K.C. Collins) has a moral decision to make when he discovers one of his mentors is hiding a big secret. Plus, Dr. Charlie Harris (Michael Shanks) finds himself embroiled with the future baby wishes of Dawn (Michelle Nolden), and the final wishes of a con-man spirit. This episode features guest stars Danso Gordon (THE HUSTLE), Mac Fyfe (M.V.P.), and C. David Johnson (STREET LEGAL).
Saving Hope is set to run new episodes all the way to its Fall Finale on December 17, 2014.
