It looks like it is an Alison focused episode with bits of the Rachel and Sarah drama on the side based on a newly released synopsis and photos from Space Channel,

The third episode of Orphan Black’s final season is entitled “Beneath Her Heart” and the episode is described thusly:

Stuck on the sidelines with Neos crawling all over her home, Alison seeks to return to normal but her community, Bailey Downs, has moved on from her. And while she flounders to take back some control in her life, the ghost of friendships past rears its haunting head. On the island, reeling from the loss of M.K., Sarah refuses to come around to Kira’s decision to play along with Rachel. Art and Enger show up at the Hendrix residence to continue their search for Helena, forcing Art to make a difficult moral judgement.

“Beneath Her Heart” airs on Space Channel and BBC America on Saturday June 24, 2017 at 1opm ET/PT.
